To celebrate its heritage in Ceramics the third Stoke-on-Trent Ceramics Festival takes place from 5th – 7th October 2007. The ambitious programme combines unique ceramic showcases; expert lectures and presentations; guided gallery tours; opportunities to purchase pots from around the UK and various pottery demonstrations, competitions and workshops.

Stoke-on-Trent has several outstanding garden attractions, including the most exciting garden and parkland restoration project in the UK, Trentham. Visit the Ialian gardens, the 70 specialist retail outlets, the garden centre with its luxury lifestyle products or walk amongst 140 Barbary Macaques at the Trentham Monkey Forest.
