Visit Herefordshire, a county of unspoilt countryside, market towns of distinctive character such as Ledbury, Leominster, Bromyard, Hay on Wye and Ross on Wye and a wealth of varied landscapes from the historic city of Hereford to fascinating villages. Walking
Herefordshire’s beautiful countryside, delicious food and ancient history is celebrated in the summer Walking Festival (June 17th – 25th) with walks from the Herrock Hill in the west to the Malvern Hills to the east.

There are over 2000 miles of footpaths within the county including sections of three long distance paths; the Mortimer Trail, the Wye Valley Walk and the Offa’s Dyke Path.

Herefordshire is a county that delights in Festivals and Events. Borderlines Film Festival in March is the UK's only rural film festival with screenings, workshops and famous directors introducing their films.
